Audiovisual Material License Terms

This audiovisual material (photographs and videos) is available exclusively for the purposes of promoting tourism in the Volos – Pelion destination and the wider region.
By downloading and/or using the material, the user declares that he has taken note of and unreservedly accepts the following terms:

  1. Permitted use
    The material may be used by tourism professionals (indicatively: tourist accommodations, tourist offices, professional websites, printed and digital media) exclusively for the purposes of informing and promoting the destination.
  2. Non-commercial exploitation
    The sale, resale, rental, concession or any other form of commercial exploitation of the material, as is or modified, is prohibited.
  3. Prohibition of alteration
    The material may not be modified, altered or used in fragments in a way that alters its content, meaning or aesthetics (especially in videos).
  4. Copyright
    The copyright of the material belongs to the respective creators (photographers and videographers). The provision of the material does not imply a transfer or grant of copyright.
  5. Obligation to cite the source
    Where possible, it is recommended to cite the source:
    Source: [Organization / Tourism Promotion Platform].
  6. Prohibition of illegal or offensive use
    The use of the material in content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory or offensive to persons, areas or the destination is prohibited.
