Chestnut Festival in Xourichti

The Chestnut festival has become an institution in the cultural life of the region and isheld every year with a series of events, the main feature of which is the prime productof the region, the chestnut. Guests have the opportunity to taste fresh chestnuts eitherboiled or grilled, served with local Pelion wine. It is organized by the Municipality of Zagora-Mouresi during the last weekend of October.
